Nurse Chantal is passionate about maintaining a natural look and here’s where Polynucleotide treatment is a forefront leader of this. At Chantal Green Skin Clinic we use Plinest® and Newest® brands of Polynucleotides that work to rejuvenate and revitalise your skin from within.
Polynucleotides are the latest revolutionary tools in regenerative medicine that work on a cellular level to repair tissue and boost skin quality. In the form of polymerised polynucleotide-based injectable gels, polynucleotides work by stimulating fibroblasts which encourages cell turnover, improves elasticity, boosts collagen production and hydrates skin thanks to powerful wound-healing polymers. Polynucleotides also calm inflammation and rebalance melanocyte activity to create an even and refreshed skin tone.
Polynucleotides are suitable for all skin types and can be used to address a variety of concerns, including dullness, uneven texture, discolouration and aging. Whether you’re looking to rejuvenate your complexion or enhance the results of other aesthetic treatments, polynucleotides can help you achieve your skincare goals.
Polynucleotide FAQs
What is Polynucleotide therapy?
Polynucleotide therapy is a revolutionary skincare treatment that utilises Polynucleotide, the building blocks of DNA and RNA to stimulate cellular repair and regeneration in the skin. This results in improved skin texture, tone and overall radiance.
What are the expected outcomes ?
The treatment is expected to improve skin appearance and quality such as skin texture, discolouration, skin tone, fine lines, hydration and radiance. It is often the case that some improvement can be seen within 4 weeks, with continued improvement over 6-12 weeks. The outcomes are dependent on biological responses and subject to lifestyle factors which will vary between individuals.
Three to four treatments around 3 weeks apart are required to achieve optimum results and optimum longevity. To maintain, additional treatments at six months are recommended.

DERMAL FILLER TREATMENTS
Nasolabial Filler Treatment
Nasolabial folds are the indentation lines that extend from the edge of your nose to the corners of your mouth, these folds are commonly known as smile lines or laugh lines. As we age the structure of the cheek bones flattens causing the skin of your cheeks to sag or droop downwards. Dermal filler is used to plump the area of the skin so that fine lines and
deep wrinkles appear smoother.
A thorough consultation is provided during your treatment to understand your aesthetic goals, assess your facial anatomy and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Nasolabial Filler Treatment Prices: from £200
Marionette Filler Treatment
These lines along with other wrinkles and folds is the natural ageing process that can cause the sad
mouth appearance. As we age,
our body produces less collagen and elastin, and it’s this which reduces your skin’s elasticity and volume.
Maroinette filler is a dermal filler used to plump and hydrate the skin and replace the volume loss, giving you a more youthful and refreshed looking appearance. A thorough consultation is provided during your treatment to understand your aesthetic goals, assess your facial anatomy and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Marionette filler treatment prices: from £200
Elective Filler Dissolving
Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be dissolved by injecting a hyaluronidase enzyme, this can take up to 2 weeks to work. A patch test is required by injecting a small amount on your arm to eliminate risk of an allergic reaction. Further filler treatment to the area can only be carried out after the 2 week period.
Filler Dissolving Treatment Price: £150
MICRONEEDLING
Also known as skin needling or collagen induction therapy, this treatment uses the Code-X device to deliver small needles to cause tiny punctures to the skin. The small contact points encourage the body to create a would healing response and renew the skin cells. As the skin repairs, the production of collagen and elastin is triggered to give an almost immediate ‘plumping’ effect. It can also target skin damage issues such as scarring, discolouration, sun damage and aging.
The Code-x is an industry leader in microneedling that is a safe and trusted device. It generates real results for patients, has an adjustable needle length for desired treatment area, smooth skin needling and low noise.
What you can expect:
The Code-X creates thousands of controlled microchannels in the skin to elicit your body’s natural wound healing cascade.
CODE-X treatments have been shown to increase skin thickness and raise collagen and elastin levels, thus reversing some of the effects of aging, giving your skin a younger, firmer and radiant appearance.
Microneedling treatment price:
Single - £150
Course of 3 - £400
Course of 6 - £750
