THE CG CLUB T & C'S
The CG membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Minimum subscription term is 12 months, by purchasing any membership you are committing to the full initial 12 month term. After the initial 12 month term, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at the original purchase.
MembERShip CrEdit:
Enough credit will need to be accumulated before treatments can be booked. The membership credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash or be used to purchase gift vouchers. It can also not be used as late cancellation fees or non-attendance charges. May only be used where relevant treatment remains available and clinically appropriate.
Legal cOnSidERatioNs:
Any treatment that requires a prescription will need a face to face consultation to be booked separately before any treatment can carried out throughout the membership. An appropriate cooling off period for injectables is required to take place prior to treatment. If you are found not suitable for any treatment at any point in the membership, refunds are not given for your subscription. It may be possible to consider an alternative treatment, this would be done on an individual patient basis at the discretion of the clinic.
CrEdit afteR CaNcelLatioN:
If you cancel your CG club membership, any remaining credit must be used within six months of the membership ending. Any credit remaining after six months will expire.
CoMplImentARy MicrOnEedlINg TrEAtment:
Eligible memberships that include a complimentary SkinPen Microneedling treatment, members will become eligible after four successful payments have been made. The complimentary treatment may be redeemed once during each 12-month membership period and remains subject to consultation and clinical suitability. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash value or used in conjunction with another promotional offer. If the membership is cancelled before the four monthly payments have completed, the microneedling will become unavailable.
